Data used to design this calculator were extracted from an independent study that has been presented at the AACR24 (1) and AMP24 (2) and which highlights the fact that “OncoDEEP Kit’s mean coverage of the samples is more uniform thereby allowing to pool 2- to 3-times more samples per seq run.” The calculator assumes that the sample quality is good. OncoDNA acknowledges that poor sample quality can lead to suboptimal data and may require a detailed analysis of the raw data.
